Ah the cold! Ah the snow! Ah the horrible viruses from the daycare!
Well, so far my family and I are surviving the winter blues...my husband wants to take down the Christmas tree because it's time, that's what normal people do, our friends are going to laugh at us, it's sloppy and reminds him of "Running with scissors". I say...this is my home and I am a bit weird, so what! My friends should know this. Everybody else...we will invite them after the end of January. That's when I intend to put my pretty shiny tree away. In other words, I am not lazy...I just crave the comfort of those bright branches until the days start getting long again!
Meanwhile I am delighted to have been included in the Deviant Found journal fav.me/d6vpu75 by Sylwia Telari (sylwiatelari.deviantart.com/), an artist that I strongly admire. Her illustrations tell wonderful, fantastic, sometime eerie stories. Her style is quite distinct and personal. She is involved in the Deviant community and has been generous with her time, helping fellow artists to get more recognition. I am surprised and honored she chose to include my work in her journal, as I avidly read it and esteem the people she features. Thank you so much, Sylwia! Everybody, if you don't know her, please take a moment to check Sylvia's charming gallery.
